Career Link Hub (careerlinkhub.com) is a website built to help people find jobs and career opportunities. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
What information we collect
Just by browsing Career Link Hub, some technical details get collected automatically — your IP address, browser type, device, and which pages you visited. This is normal for almost any website.
If you apply for a job through our site, we collect what you submit through our application form, which is hosted on Google Forms. This typically includes your name, email, phone number, and your resume — which may contain your work history, education, and other personal details. Because this goes through Google Forms, it’s also subject to Google’s own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We only use this information to process job applications and connect you with opportunities — we don’t share resumes with anyone outside that purpose without your knowledge.
If you sign up for our newsletter or job alerts, we collect your email address so we can send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
If you follow or message us on our social media pages, we may see basic public profile information, like your name and profile photo.

Children
Career Link Hub isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
